New “Alcatraz” Map for Blackout coming April 2 on PS4By Jeffrey Mizrahi

If you've been interested in checking out Black Ops 4's battle royale mode but haven't yet purchased this game, this is a great time to check it out. That all changed today, of all days, as Activision made the surprise announcement of a new map for Blackout.

We'll just throw caution to the wind and work under the assumption that this is indeed legitimate.

Players will be able to select "Alcatraz" at the beginning of a "Blackout" map, so it's not replacing the classic map that "Call of Duty" faithful have been getting to know since the battle royale mode debuted. As with all Black Ops 4 content, that release date only applies to PlayStation 4, with release dates for additional platforms to be announced at some point in the future.

Joshua Boyle's estranged wife to continue testifying at his trial
While walking Coleman to her hotel, Boyle told her she was the love of his life and that they would be together, she testified. Boyle, 35, has pleaded not guilty to 19 charges, including assault with a weapon, sexual assault and forcible confinement.

Do note that Alcatraz is simply an addition to Blackout. It's now the biggest edition to the game since "Blackout" debuted, but there aren't many details known about what the map will offer at this point other than what the preview trailer shows off.

Thankfully, the wait won't be very long, as Alcatraz releases tomorrow.

"This is no joke, storm Alcatraz on PS4 and drop into Blackout for free on all systems tomorrow". I get my best results in Apex Legeds (my BR of choice) from sneaking around and letting other players kill each other off, but there's absolutely something to be said for immediately dropping into the middle of a crowd and punching the first person you see in the face. We imagine more details will be available tomorrow, so we'll keep an eye out for those.
