Well, Jimmy Kimmel broke that rule with his Friday episode when he and Celine Dion interrupted a wedding there and broadcast it to the whole world!

ABC's "Jimmy Kimmel Live!" soared over its most recent original Friday telecast (airing from Brooklyn on 10/19/18) by 18% in Homes (1.7/4) to post its top-rated Friday original since June 2018 - since an NBA Finals-led broadcast on 6/8/18.

Kimmel first spoke to the couple via video and presided over the ceremony, asking if there was anyone who objected to their union.

As soon as Kimmel uttered the words "speak now or forever hold your peace", comedian David Spade burst through the wedding chapel doors, sipping from a ginormous cocktail.

When Harington pointed out that she already knows because she is in the show, she replied: "Well yeah but I forgot". When Harington said he was busy during that time, Bradley retorted, "Wow, they were right".

But the biggest surprise came after Jason and Kate said "I do".

The host decided he'd end things with a bang by crashing the wedding of Jason and Kate - two active military members tying the knot in the nearby chapel. "They seem a little too sober, and not on my watch in Vegas", he declared, with which Kimmel sidekick Guillermo, clad in a shiny silver suit, entered the chapel bearing a tray of tequila shots.

Celine Dion reveals that she's starting her "Courage" World Tour and releasing an album within months of each other in 2019.

"Thankfully, I know a local performer who has agreed to help you out", he replied, as Celine appeared at the top of the aisle and belted out her 1996 ballad Because You Loved Me for the newlyweds' first dance.
