If they don't, they could face fines up to $168,000 AUD for an individual and $840,000 AUD for a company. It will be up to juries to determine if social media companies had breached the new laws.

The club will then host a mandatory minicamp June 11 through June 13.

The offseason program will conclude with a three-day mandatory minicamp in June. On-field workouts may include individual player instruction and drills as well as team practice conducted on a "separates" basis.

Drills that pit team offenses against their respective defenses will be allowed during the third phase of the offseason schedule and is made up of non-contact OTAs with three practices a week. That is when teams with returning head coaches are allowed to begin the first phase of its offseason program. Teams may conduct a total of 10 days of OTAs. Programs with returning head coaches are granted an additional mandatory minicamp following Phase Three, this is in addition to the one rookie minicamp allotted to each National Football League club, which will be announced at a later date.
