Since he most recently played for the Browns, Cleveland had improved the position by trading for four-time Pro Bowler Jarvis Landry last offseason, selecting Antonio Callaway in the 2018 draft and trading for Odell Beckham Jr., the NFL's highest-paid wide receiver, last month. The former Oklahoma State star hasn't quite lived up to expectations in Cleveland. He also almost doubled his total of career pass deflections when he had eight this past season after only having nine his first two years combined. It was very clear that he would be traded.
