Fortnite update version 8.30.2 patch notes

Why PUBG is better than Apex Legends

Why PUBG is better than Apex Legends

Fortnite's Reboot Van is a new feature added to the game with the 8.30 update. This van functions as a Fortnite respawn mechanic for downed players in a manner very reminiscent of the Apex Legends respawn system.

Similarly to Apex Legends' respawn system from which Epic drew inspiration, resurrection comes with its own limitations and is by no means guaranteed.

Users need Reboot Cards from the wiped out partners to resuscitate them. From the pocket of a deceased colleague fall special card, which disappears after 90 seconds. Once you have the card, you must take it to one of the many Reboot Vans spread around the map's points of interest.

The respawn process lasts ten seconds and players will be respawned with a gray piston, 100 wood, 36 ammo and full health.

Now, after Davis' public demand for a trade, it seems that it may just be Holiday that stays with the Pelicans. Kevin Durant and Klay Thompson were both rested in the Dubs' penultimate game of the season.

The biggest update in the 8.30 patch, the Reboot Van, will allow players to bring eliminated teammates back into battle.

Elsewhere in the update, a new event - the Buccaneer's Bounty Event - has been introduced into the game, giving players brand new limited-time modes every day, as well as a variety of in-game rewards like offering new challenges every day.

There was an issue in Creative Mode that was causing players not to be invulnerable to damage right after they respawned. Now all Reboot Van locations have been revealed on the Fortnite map. In the latter game, the beacon summons a new drop ship to bring your teammate back to the battlefield, which is highly visible to everybody around and requires your dead squaddie to jump from the ship back to the ground. This implies regardless of whether an adversary player has utilized the Reboot Van inside that period, users won't nearly certainly use it. Reboot Vans are a lot more forgiving; use one, and it becomes unavailable for 120 seconds before recharging. When users understand that, they can go to any Fortnite Reboot Van and start the restoration procedure. While the particulars are really clear, the rule behind these is to help you respawn your fallen group member. Return from a Reboot Van and you won't be completely empty-handed.

There are some slight differences, but both mechanics are close to identical.
