On Sunday, a representative for the singer, who has been married to Formula One star Christian Horner for four years, said she was devastated by the claims and labelled them as "simply not true".

"It has been very disappointing to read about all these rumours again, especially on [U.K.] Mother's Day of all days", Horner's rep said in a statement to The Daily Mail.

'Moving forward, Geri can't wait to see the girls and all the fans on the tour, have an fantastic time with everyone, and make some new memories'. What has been reported recently is simply not true and has been very hurtful to her family.

Horner posted a Mother's Day photo on social media where she looked to be enjoying her posh country house in the company of youngest child Monty, two.

Let's just hope that this scuffle doesn't disrupt the Spice Girls' upcoming 13-date tour, which kicks off in the U.K.in May. "We all slept in a bed together, but not like that, all of us".

When a squirming Mel B called out to her "why can't you answer this for me?", she replied "I don't know anything, this is all new to me".

Mel began to nod her head as a big grin came over her face.

Jordan Pickford: Everton investigating alleged incident involving England goalkeeper
In footage published by The Sun , Pickford is said to be shown being dragged away from the scene. Pickford played on Saturday as the Toffees beat West Ham 2-0 at the London Stadium.

Clearly shocked, he spluttered: "Yes?"

Mel C is reportedly threatening to pull out of proposed Australian tour. "This is all new to me!"

She said: "We were best friends".

The pal added: "She needs to do some serious grovelling to make up with Geri. She is going to kill me and so is her husband".

However, reports circulating over the weekend suggested that Horner and openly bisexual Mel B fell in "lust at first sight" when they met in 1994 and were together romantically for at least a year during the Spice Girls' heyday.

As well as a school sing-along to Mama - which featured on the Spice Girls' 1996 album Spice and was the official 1997 Comic Relief single - pupils at Howard Junior took a rose home on Friday with a message for their mum while some also made Mother's Day cards in class.
