Gia Giudice Speaks Out After Dad Joe's Deportation Appeal Is Denied

"Real Housewives of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice had dinner with Lynne Patton an official in the Trump administration after her husband Joe Giudice's deportation appeal was denied

On Thursday, Joe Giudice was faced with some bad news - his deportation appeal was denied by ICE. He was released from prison in March 2019. Instead, he was directly transferred to the custody of Immigration and Customs Enforcement.

An insider says that Teresa's silence about her hookup with Schreck is a stark contrast to every other scandal that has popped up on RHONJ over the past decade. The attorney issued a statement on Thursday about the failure of the appeal, saying Giudice's lawyers would continue to do everything possible to prevent his deportation to Italy. If the court denies the motion for a stay, the order stands and the father of four will be deported back to Italy.

Sad news for Joe Giudice!

After the Board of Immigration Appeals denied Joe's request to remain in the country with his wife, Teresa, and their four daughters, the Giudice family lawyer, James J. Leonard Jr. Within a month, an appeal was filed.

Joe Giudice pleaded guilty in 2014 to bankruptcy fraud and failing to pay taxes on $200,000 worth of income. His wife, Teresa Giudice, also served almost a year in prison after pleading guilty to submitting false loan applications when she applied for a $5 million mortgage. Joe started his sentence in 2016.

Permanent residents who commit crimes of "moral turpitude" are eligible for deportation. "He's bored. He's bored in there and he's calling her and she's, you know, she misses him but she's like wow, a lot of phone calls".

She added, "So, I mean, I'm not doing a long-distance relationship. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts". But, since the photos appeared after the taping of the Season 9 reunion, no one confronted her about the cheating during the season-ending special. "They talk, you know they talk about the kids, he's bored". It happens. So, if we do the long-distance thing, it's not gonna work. "Like, I'll be like, 'bye-bye'". "Media: 'OMG!@lynnepatton IS going to be on a REALITY SHOWl!"

She then implores Donald Trump to "intervene" as she supported him in the US presidential election. "Maybe it's just TWO LONGTIME FRIENDS having DINNER for f***s sake.' #BuckleUpForFakeNews". So is this it for Teresa Giudice's husband? "I didn't think that that was even an option or something that she was considering". "I haven't, but I said if he wants to speak to me, I would love it".
