Stevie Nicks Confuses Harry Styles For A Member From NSYNC & Twitter Mocks Her

Jackson issued her challenge just before leaving the stage of Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

To close, Jackson called for more women to be inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame and thanked fans for supporting her "every step of the way".

The Zombies hail from rock music's original British Invasion in the 1960s, and Bangle frontwoman Susanna Hoffs will induct them.

And hey, at least Def Leppard was present and proud to crank them out.

She joins The Jackson 5 and her brother Michael in the rock shrine, which has refused to remove the late pop king from its honored artist list despite pressure over a documentary reviving pedophilia accusations against him.

She said: "It was my father's dream".

"As the youngest in the family, I was determined to make it on my own", she said.

"Not *NSYNC!" she exclaimed, adding that she was probably "never going to live that one down". People noted that on the backs of albums like "Control" and "Rhythm Nation", she's sold more than 160 million records worldwide.

Catch a broadcast of the Rock Hall ceremony on HBO on Saturday, April 27. Thank you God for giving us life and the ability to embody goodness. And every single year, she gathers more momentum.

Nicks was the night's first induction.

Styles - who wasn't in NSYNC with Justin Timberlake, JC Chasez, Lance Bass, Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick - started One Direction with Zayn Malik, Louis Tomlinson, Liam Payne and Niall Horan on The X Factor in 2010.

Stevie Nicks was a decade off when she referred to which boy band Harry Styles left, but that's okay.

Polling stations close in Ukraine’s presidential election, vote count in progress
Ukraine's former prime minister, Tymoshenko, shaped her message around the economic distress of millions in the country. Crowds mobbed Zelensky making it hard for him to move around the polling station.

"She is forever current, she is forever Stevie", said a blue-velvet-suited Styles, underlining the cross-generational appeal of Nicks as he inducted her into the RRHoF.

Nicks opened the show with a four-song set.

She was joined by Don Henley for Leather And Lace and Harry Styles for Stop Dragging My Heart Around, taking on Tom Petty's vocals while strumming a Telecaster.

David Byrne inducted Radiohead, noting he was flattered the band named itself after one of his songs. Musicians don't care enough to attend, if they do, they increasingly don't perform. But both men spoke highly of the honor.

"We play with the same passion now that we did when we were 18 years old", said keyboardist Rod Argent. "It's a big (expletive) deal and it feels like it. ..."

An emotional Robert Smith, still rocking the mascara after all these years, looked just about ready to give the lie to "Boys Don't Cry" - which would conclude their performance - during his induction speech for the band.

Smith went on to tell the interviewer that news of their induction "was a bit of a surprise".

"It's been a fantastic thing, it really has", he said. Mumma loves you, Eissa, ra-ra-ra!

His inductee, Trent Reznor of Nine Inch Nails, recalled ridiculing the rock hall in past years because he couldn't believe the Cure wasn't in. "I'm a awful communicator in general, really".

May and Def Leppard lead singer Joe Elliott have known each other for years, and the Queen Hall of Famer has shared a stage with the band a time or two.

Besides Allen's accident, the band survived the 1991 death of guitarist Steve Clark.
