Jussie Smollett was the target of Tracy Morgan's jokes on"The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon this week

Chicago Police officials released some investigation reports the day after Smollett's case was dismissed, then stopped and said the seal covered the documents. "Contractually, all I have to do is fake a hate crime", Morgan said with a straight face.

"Racist people don't be jumping nobody in the polar vortex", Morgan said during an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on Monday night. "It's too cold. We be racist in the spring". He didn't let the Subway sandwich go.

The comedian then shared his doubts about Smollett's story, stating that "racists don't be watching Empire".

Tracy Morgan sat down with The Tonight Show host and fellow Saturday Night Live alum to talk about his latest gig: a new role on Empire. Authorities said that in return for the charges being dropped, Smollett agreed to forfeit the $10,000 he put up to get out of jail and completed community service.

Owner of company among 4 killed in Mandan
Gina Kessel, 52, of Mandan, showed up at the business Monday to pick up her son, Mitchell Kessel, an employee there. I don't know how it happened, what it happened with. 'I don't know how it happened, what it happened with.

Smollett going to have to take all these jokes and jabs on the chin because surely they'll keep coming.

Lawyers for media organizations, including The Chicago Sun-Times, filed an emergency motion seeking to make records in Smollett's case public because of the intense national attention on the case and prosecutors' abrupt, controversial decision last week to drop all charges in the case.

"Yeah, they gave me a role on Empire", he said. Do you know what I could do with that light skin? That curly hair, my career would be out of here. "I'd be f**king running Hollywood!" "I don't know that kid, I wish him nothing but the best. but you always have to look at the bigger picture". After a pause Rock would add, "What the hell was he thinking?" You don't even get the "U" no more. That "u" was respect. You ain't getting no respect from me'.
