Man City celebrate at Fulham 2019

Manchester City returned to the top of the table and barely had to break into a trot.

City made it 11 wins in 12 in all competitions with their comfortable victory in south west London, where hosts Fulham failed to register a single shot on target.

First-half strikes by Bernardo Silva and Sergio Aguero were all Manchester City needed to defeat relegation-threatened Fulham 2-0 in their Premier League match at Craven Cottage on Saturday.

City's work had been completed with the second, because nothing Fulham did in the remaining hour caused the slightest alarm for the champions.

And the Spaniard continued: "The first 15-20 minutes was incredible with the way we played".

"He says he felt something, but hopefully he's not injured", said Guardiola after Saturday's match. We'll see tomorrow, maybe the day after tomorrow'.

Pep GUARDIOLA's team continue to score and continue to win with AGUERO being the star man in the first half.

Former Navy Heisman victor Bellino dies
Before he was star halfback for the Midshipmen, Bellino had the option of playing pro-baseball right out of high school. He rushed for 834 yards and 15 touchdowns and also had three receiving scores during his Heisman-winning campaign.

"Every game we have to win if we want to be champions".

"We have a tough, tough opponent - but that's the challenge. The main focus now is we push and we end the season on a positive after a hard campaign", Fulham boss Parker told reporters.

"What caught my eye also was that players didn't need to be at their best, but they looked strong, they had Sane on the bench, Stones is fit and on the bench, Fernandinho is fit again - that strength in depth is a formidable weapon for City". "The main focus in the last six games is to keep pushing and end the season on a positive in a disappointing campaign".

His goal came barely 22 minutes after Bernando Silva opened scoring for the Citizens, with the 30-year-old providing the assist for the opening goal.

And now with just a couple of games to go, Liverpool are still fighting tooth and nail in order to end their barren run in the league but Man City always seem to have the answers to the hard question.

"I'm not thinking about myself, I'm thinking about getting some results and some credibility really".
