Back in December, RIZIN Fight Federation flew undefeated boxing legend Floyd Mayweather Jr. out to Tokyo to battle one of its brightest young stars, Tenshin Nasukawa, in an exhibition match.

RIZIN founder Nobuyuki Sakikabara posted on his Twitter account that he was here in the Philippines, and that RIZIN 15, which happens on April 21st, will include Pacquiao in some measure. "We will be ready to announce as I get back to Japan!" he tweeted.

"Currently I am in the Philippines", Sakakibara said (via Google Translate).

This card is scheduled for April 21, so it certainly seems unlikely that Pacquiao will be fighting - even in an exhibition bout.

I mean, on nine green, I said, 'I can't see anything, so just tell me where to hit it'. "And [we wanted] to make it look fun". HELPING HAND: After parring No. 11, Kupcho made the short walk to No. 12 tee box. "It's truly a magical place to play golf".

Given the short window of time, it would be very hard to see a scenario where Pacquiao would be entering the ring.

He defeated Lucas Matthysse via a seventh round technical knockout win on July 15, 2018 in Malaysia, and won a unanimous decision over American Adrien Broner on January 19 in Las Vegas.

Mayweather beat Pacquiao in 2015 and briefly came out of retirement to floor kickboxer Tenshin Nasukawa in the new year's event that was sponsored by Rizin.

Eight-division boxing world champion Manny Pacquiao appears to be taking his talents to The Land of The Rising Sun. Two opponents are being kicked around, with WBA "super" welterweight champion Keith Thurman and former two division champion Danny Garcia being kicked around as the two frontrunners to face him.
