University at Buffalo women's basketball star Cierra Dillard has been selected in the WNBA draft.

With their first pick of the 2019 WNBA Draft, the Lynx picked UConn senior guard Napheesa Collier with the No. 6 pick overall. Luckily, Minnesota held five draft picks, more than any other team in the league. She averaged 1.7 points per game in 5.6 minutes per game. In just 104 career games, Brown hit 193 three-pointers. After a two-year stint at Nebraska, the forward accumulated two First Team All-ACC honors and was named to the 2017-18 All-Final Four Team.

In her two years at Notre Dame, Shepard averaged a 58% field-goal percentage and went 69.4% from the free-throw line.

Shepard started 37-of-38 games as a junior.
