PG Tre Jones to return to Duke for sophomore season | AP sports

We knew that Tre Jones was certainly thinking about a sophomore season, but now it's set it stone. With Jones returning, he could be a centerpiece for the Blue Devils to rebuild around next season.

Tre Jones #3 of the Duke Blue Devils during their game at Cameron Indoor Stadium on November 11, 2018 in Durham, North Carolina.

Jones was a highly-touted recruit coming from Apple Valley High School, ranked as the No. 1 point guard in his class and following in the footsteps of older brother, Tyus.

The Blue Devils' other freshmen include Zion Williamson, R.J. Barrett and Cam Reddish, all of whom are projected to be top-10 picks in the National Basketball Association draft should they leave school. Williamson, Barrett and Reddish are expected to enter the 2019 NBA Draft in June. No. 1 is Williamson, who is universally expected to be selected with the top pick of the upcoming draft.

The bad news is that this link is seen only when those nutrients come from food, not supplements, according to a new study. Additionally, the possibility that residual confounding may have affected the study's results remains.

In his first season at Duke, Jones led the Blue Devils with 5.3 assists per game and ranked third in the country in assist-to-turnover ratio.

While no decision has been announced from Reddish, he was spotted with agent Rich Paul during Sunday's Los Angeles Lakers game. Duke posted a photo of Jones with the caption: "OFFICIAL: #3 in 2019-20". Five-stars Vernon Carey and Wendall Moore will be joined by top four-star Boogie Ellis. Five-Star forward Matthew Hurt is also considered a Duke favorite.

Also around is Joey Baker, a four-star recruit from previous year whose redshirt was burned against Syracuse and appeared in only four games.
