At times, the best scorer in the National Basketball Association has exploded and gone for huge games against Utah.

Sunday night at the Toyota Center, the Houston Rockets will begin their 2019 playoff quest for 16 wins and the franchise's third National Basketball Association title. "It's not like they get two wins so for us, it's just about making adjustments, not overacting to what happened", he continued. Houston has been one of the league's best teams in the second half of the season and they should be look at as the favorites in this series.

Their first hurdle is getting past Utah, whom they eliminated in the conference semifinals last season.

Here are the three takeaways from Clutch City's win in Game 1.

Israel Folau requests Rugby Australia hearing over anti-gay message
The devoutly religious Folau is facing the sack by Rugby Australia after posting on social media that "hell awaits" homosexuals. Court drew criticism from marriage equality advocates in May following her comments on homosexuality.

Utah pulled within five after a Mitchell jump shot with 7:57 in the third quarter, but it was all Houston after that. "We changed both of those, picked our pace up, offensively and defensively and got into their bodies, made them take tough shots".

Seven players scored in double figures for the winners, with James Harden coming very close to the triple-double (29 points, eight rebounds and 10 assists). Eric Gordon was the second leading scorer with 17 points while Clint Capela matched up against Rudy Gobert with 16 points and 12 boards.

Houston's starting lineup helped carry the scoring load, with each starter scoring at least 10 points. I think the Rockets pretty much have the only chance at beating Golden State.

Game 2 of their first-round series with Utah is at 8:30 p.m. CST on Wednesday.
