Telugu TV actresses Bhargavi and Anusha killed in road accident

Two female Telugu television actors, Anusha Reddy and Bhargavi, died in a road accident in Vikarabad district on Wednesday.

The police said the auto driver Vakri tried to avert collision with a truck coming from the opposite direction and hit a roadside tree near Appareddy bus stop in Chevella during the early hours of Wednesday, reports India Today.

Actresses Anusha Reddy and Bhargavi were traveling to Hyderabad after wrapping up their shoot. According to the police, the driver tried to avert colliding with a truck coming from the opposite direction but hit a tree near Appareddy Guda.

As reported by Times Of India, a truck came from the opposite direction and to avoid it the driver named Chakri tried to divert his vehicle to the other side but lost control and the auto hit a tree causing instant death of the two actresses and grievously injuring the other two. The injured were admitted to government-run Osmania Hospital in Hyderabad.

Meanwhile, the deceased Bhargavi is learned to be a native of Nirmal and Anusha hails from Bhupalapally-Jayashankar district. They were travelling from Vikarabad to Hyderabad after shooting for their daily soap when the mishap took place.

The television artists had gone to Vikarabad on Monday for shooting in Ananthagiri forest.
