US police supervisor's credibility questioned in murder trial for Justine Damond Ruszczyk

Cop's Trial Raises Questions About Code of Silence

Prosecutors pumped Barnette, the Incident Commander, for explanations on her role and decisions she made.

The camera used by police in Minneapolis store the last 30 seconds of footage prior to being turned off without any audio.

But Barnette said Tuesday that Harrity did not tell her about a slap on the squad vehicle, that it was something other officers had surmised in trying to figure out what startled Harrity and Noor. Sergeant Barnette denies this and says the conversation was only about how Mr Noor was feeling.

When the camera audio resumes, the Sergeant can be heard sounding surprised when acknowledging that Mr Noor shot Ms Ruszczyk from the window of his police vehicle. She quickly explained "he was in the car".

Waite testified that she felt the body was left at the scene too long and shouldn't have been covered by a sheet, also that the BCA should have impounded the squad vehicle that Noor and Harrity had been riding in instead of examining it at the scene. Another witness testifies that Sergeant Barnette had reassured Mr Noor by speculating that his victim was "probably a drunk or drug addict". Both partners testified no one told them it was an officer-involved shooting and no one said whether anyone had seen Damond alive. This was not disclosed to the grand jury.

Most crucially, she did not supply any information for the claim Ms Damond Ruszyzck slapped or thumped the squad auto - which was the basis for Mr Noor's defence.

Barnette was also quizzed about why she didn't gather required information from the scene and the officers, including their statements.

Depending on your behavior, it can be determined whether or not you are using exam dumps and if so, penalties will be imposed. As you can see the retake policy is a bit lenient, but it is still wise to make sure that you pass at the first attempt.

Prosecutor Amy Sweasy asked if Sergeant Barnette had assumed the noise on her own and had thrown it into the investigation. She had called 911 to report a possible rape near her home.

Minneapolis Deputy Police Chief Katherine Waite also took the stand Tuesday morning.

She went on to praise Mr Noor, noting he volunteered for work. Noor's defense team pressed the partners to admit they did not ask those questions.

Judge Kathryn Quaintance would not allow the prosecution to play a video that showed Mr Noor pulling a gun on a driver at a traffic stop, saying it would be too prejudicial.

Prosecutor Patrick Lofton claimed in one incident that Mr Noor was "driving around doing circles to avoid taking calls".

The debate became heated, with Mr Lofton snapping at the defence. She said it was not clear when they should be on or off and what police conversations she should record.
