"Daniel Craig will be undergoing minor ankle surgery resulting from an injury sustained during filming in Jamaica", the official 007 Twitter account revealed.

Daniel Craig's ankle injury will unfortunately require surgery to fix, but the fact that it is minor surgery at least indicates that the injury is perhaps not as bad as it initially appeared or could have been. Filming will continue while he is rehabilitating.

According to the Sun, the actor fell earlier this month while sprinting on the set of the latest James Bond film in Jamaica.

"This time, he slipped over on a dock and wiped out", we were told. "The film remains on track for the same release date in April 2020". "He was in quite a lot of pain and was complaining about his ankle".

Smartphone maker Xiaomi's first-quarter revenue jumps 27%, beats estimates
Xiaomi's adjusted net profit for the first quarter increased 22.4% year over year to RMB 2.1 billion. Xiaomi's worldwide business booked RMB 16.8 billion, up 34.7% year-on-year.

Fortunately, similar to what happened with Tom Cruise's injury on Mission: Impossible - Fallout, work will still be done on Bond 25 while Daniel Craig recovers.

Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, Rory Kinnear, Naomie Harris and Jeffrey Wright are also returning.

Previously Craig knocked out two teeth while filming "Casino Royale", sliced a fingertip during "Quantum of Solace" and hurt his knee while shooting "Spectre."
