Chris Pratt broke a rule on the Avengers: Endgame set: he recorded a video on his phone from the set.

It's fair to say few actors do badly from playing superheroes in blockbuster films (aside, perhaps, from Ben Affleck in Daredevil), but life has rather imitated art for Robert Downey Jr, who plays billionaire playboy Tony Stark in the Marvel films.

The 54-year-old actor made about $75 million in backend pay - the percentage of a film's profits once released - after the release of 2018's Avengers: Infinity War, according to a report by The Hollywood Reporter.

Avengers: Endgame also debuted its final global market on Monday, Russia, with its $7.8 million the biggest opening day in the country all time.

THR reports that Hemsworth signed on for five films as Asgardian hero Thor in 2010, but then renegotiated his deal in 2017 in the $15 million - $20 million range for Infinity War and Endgame.

New Land Rover Defender hits 1.2 million km landmark
The full debut is scheduled for later in 2019 but Land Rover is happy to take registrations of interest now, via its website . Few, if any, automotive icons have as wide and as immediate a recognition factor as the Land Rover Defender .

While nothing has been confirmed, THR's sources have also said that Chadwick Boseman (Black Panther) and Benedict Cumberbatch (Doctor Strange) both have one more option, which may lead to sequels to their own solo films. Following the continued success, the goal was set at $700 million, and now it is reportedly near $1.5 billion for Avengers films.

With Marvel's last and final Avengers film, "Endgame" breaking box office records (it surpassed $1 billion in its opening weekend), now is the ideal time to ignite your obsession a little bit more.

Initial talent bonuses in the early stages of the MCU started around the $500 million worldwide gross mark, but this has reportedly increased to $1.5 billion now for the Avengers ensemble movies.
