With club captain Antonio Valencia released by United this month, Wan-Bissaka will compete with fellow youngster Diogo Dalot and veteran ex-winger Ashley Young for a place in the team.

However, United's form deteriorated towards the end of the campaign and they eventually finished in sixth, a whopping 31 points behind title winners and local rivals Man City.

Wan-Bissaka and his family then enjoy a tour of the changing rooms before walking around the outdoor pitches in sunny Manchester as their dream turned into reality.

His transfer was delayed by final negotiations between the clubs, which ended with Palace securing a 10% sell-on clause if Wan-Bissaka leaves United for more than £50m.

"I think next season we might see one of the big six dropping out", he told talkSPORT.

Japanese Economy Minister Toshimitsu Motegi and US Trade Representative Robert Lighthizer were to meet later in Osaka. As "we expand digital trade, we must also ensure the resilience and security of our 5G networks", he said.

Whether this will speed up United's announcement or not is anyone's guess, although they may be forced to speed things up amid calls from fans to finally unveil Wan-Bissaka as their second summer signing. I'm sure he'll be fine.

The former West Ham and Tottenham boss is, however, of the opinion that those at Old Trafford and Emirates Stadium have regressed and are now in danger of allowing the chasing pack to close in and overtake them. I think they're miles away.

"They need to restructure that team, there's an terrible lot of work that needs to be done there to get them challenging for the title again".

Failure to do so has restricted their budget to around £45m, meaning they would need to raise substantial funds through player sales to even tempt Palace into doing business for Zaha. West Ham have made a couple of good signings and they could be a team that could certainly get closer.
