It seems that highly touted draft prospect RJ Barrett has already come up with his shortlist of National Basketball Association teams he wants to play for.

Duke wing R.J. Barrett made it clear on Monday: he hopes the New York Knicks draft him. If that ends up and I'm still there at three, I'd love for (the Knicks) to take me.

With the Knicks holding the No. 3 pick, they are widely expected to select Barrett, who is considered to be the third-best player in the draft.

Cuba Gooding Jr. accused of groping a woman in NYC
The case has no been handed to the NYPD Special Victims Division and he's being charged for forcible touching. Gooding was caught on video leaving the club soon after the incident and the woman called 911 around 1am.

R.J. Barrett is widely projected to be the third pick, after Williamson and Ja Morant, and on Monday he was in NY to meet with and workout for the Knicks. Knowing he'd be disappointed by ending up in Cleveland rather than NY makes the incentive for the Cavs quite a bit less.

Barrett, who turns 19 on Friday, broke Duke and ACC freshman scoring records while in college, averaging 22.6 points per game to go along with 7.6 rebounds and 4.3 assists.

The 6-foot-7 Barrett is projected to be picked behind fellow Duke teammate Zion Williamson at No. 1 by the Pelicans and Murray State point guard Ja Morant at No. 2 by the Grizzlies.
