The NFL sideshow that is Antonio Brown will play out on subscription television this summer.

HBO announced Jon Gruden's squad will star in their annual series "Hard Knocks" which follows an National Football League team through training camp.

Redskins coach Jay Gruden lobbied for the show to chronicle his older brother's team.

"Hard Knocks: Training camp with the Oakland Raiders" will debut on August 6.

The Raiders were chosen from among five teams that were eligible to be portrayed the show this season.

Jussie Smollett Returns To Social Media With Pride Month Message
Police insist the actor, who is black and gay, staged the attack because he was unhappy with his salary and wanted publicity. As you would likely expect, the comments have been disabled to prevent bullying or harsh remarks from fans.

The other candidates were the 49ers, the Giants, the Lions and the Redskins.

"Everybody wants to be a Raider", Raiders owner Mark Davis said in a release.

Crews will be headed to the Bay Area and likely the homes of some players in the coming weeks; once the Raiders descend on Napa Valley, a 30-person NFL Films crew will be on site, shooting over 1,700 hours of footage.

Maybe Brown can impress the production crew by showing up for training camp in a helicopter, which he did previous year when he reported to Saint Vincent College with the Steelers. Oh, and the defense will feature oft-suspended linebacker Vontaze Burfict and recently un-retired and unafraid-to-speak-his-mind offensive guard Richie Incognito, infamous for his role in a bullying scandal with the Dolphins.

That's what HBO is counting on, and hopefully they bring enough cameras to Raiders' training camp.
