Cardi B suffered a wardrobe malfunction while performing on-stage at Bonnaroo over the weekend.

Over the weekend, the 26-year-old Grammy victor took the stage at the festival in Tennessee to perform a series of her hit tracks.

The I Like It rapper had taken to the stage in Manchester, Tennessee, US, looking incredible in her multi-coloured one-piece - much to the delight of eager fans who had wondered if she'd make it considering she's had to cancel several recent shows due to plastic surgery complications.

A few songs into her set, Cardi's jumpsuit tore near her posterior.

Most of the victims had suffered a sudden loss of glucose in their blood, health official Ashok Kumar Singh told AFP news agency. Several years ago, United States researchers had said the brain disease could be linked to a toxic substance found in the fruit.

"The well-being of our patrons, staff, volunteers and artists is our primary concern, and we work diligently to ensure the safest festival possible", organizers said in a statement. According to The Tennessean, Cardi's performance started out with her in a super cute sparkly bodysuit. Rather, the "I Like It" rapper quickly changed and donned a white fluffy robe for the rest of her time onstage. "I been working out for the past 2 weeks cause bitch I ain't getting surgery again", she said, adding, "But let me tell you I haven't got a headache ever since". "I don't have the time of day like you do".

If you've been to a Cardi B concert, you know the superstar loves to get down on the ground to put on a twerking show. "I don't know how in this f.ing robe, but we gonna do it!"

Cardi later said it was important for her to talk about surgeries because she wants other people to feel comfortable during the recovery process from surgical operations. "I'm canceling millions of dollars in shows, but like, health is wealth so I have to do what I have to do". "And I get paid a lot of money, a lot of money for these shows".
