Google Calendar is down, users report 404 and other errors

'We're investigating reports of an issue with Google Calendar, ' the message read. Google acknowledged reports of users unable to access their calendars this morning, confirming that no, it's not just you.

In response to a request for comment, Google directed to the company's G Suite dashboard. If you try to access it via your desktop browser, the page will return an Error 404 warning.

No doubt a coincidence, but the last Tweet sent from Google's Gsuite Twitter account was about how the Calendar app makes scheduling simpler. Google said "please rest assured that system reliability is a top priority at Google, and we are making continuous improvements to make our systems better".

Surprisingly, the mobile app seems to be working fine.

Bad news if you were hoping to know where you were meant to be today, who you should be meeting with, and when, with Google Calendar experiencing widespread outages worldwide.
