The Toronto Raptors celebrate their NBA finals success over the Golden State Warriors

Authorities will push for a battery charge against Toronto Raptors president Masai Ujiri after the executive was accused of pushing and hitting a sheriff's deputy in the face as he tried to get onto the court when his team won the National Basketball Association title in Oakland, an official said Friday.

The last image we could have of Kevin Durant in a Warriors jersey is him holding the back of his ruptured right Achilles tendon on the floor of Scotiabank Arena instead of celebrating yet another championship. "But when you're talking about two career-altering injuries to two of your best players in back-to-back Finals games, unheard of". Durant, Thompson and DeMarcus Cousins are all pending free agents, adding even more uncertainty to Golden State's future. It's assumed Durant will move on, ending this chapter of the Warriors' dynasty.

It's only going to get more hard from here on out.

"Anybody who knows anything about him would say that some notion that he would be shoving people around in Oakland or elsewhere in the world is not credible", Tory said. The Warriors can count on the tandem of stars Stephen Curry and Draymond Green next season, but nearly everything after that is something of a mystery. "We left and I didn't think anything else about it except 'oh wow, that was something else, '" said Greg Wiener, who has been a Warriors season ticket holder for more than 20 years. "This week has been proof of that".
