Super Lucky’s Tale announced for Switch

Playful Studios announced that a new entry in their 3D platforming Super Lucky's Tale series titled New Super Lucky's Tale will launch on Nintendo Switch in 2019.

“We always planned to bring Lucky to Nintendo Switch – its a fantastic console and the ideal fit for Luckys adventures, ” said Paul Bettner, founder and CEO of Playful Studios. "But we realized we had a great opportunity to improve on everything that has come before".

The title will include the remastered and updated version of all levels of the original game, as well as many new settings and the possibility for the user to change the position of the camera to improve the gameplay experience and appreciate the work done by the artist's digital media from the Dallas software house. On his quest to return home, Lucky ends up discovering that he has a connection to the Guardians.

What's new in New Super Lucky's Tale?

Features all new levels, redesigned original levels, tighter movement control, a fully rotatable camera, and improvements to almost every other aspect, including art, lighting, cinematics, dialogue, UI, sound, music, and more.
