Diane Keaton hasn't been on a date in 35 years

The 73-year-old added that she has a lot of male friends and a lot of friends in general, "but no dates".

"I've had a lot of independence, and nobody's telling me what to do", she told InStyle.

When InStyle magazine recently asked the "Annie Hall" star whether men ask her out, her response was to laughingly say, "Never".

The Book Club star also shared an Instagram video clip of Charlie Chaplin and Buster Keaton bobbing their hats up and down that she captioned: 'I WANT A MAGIC HAT JUST LIKE THESE!' "I don't know anything, and I haven't learned". I've got that eight-foot wall, ' she said pointing to the barrier around her 8,000-square-foot Los Angeles home. "Getting older hasn't made me wiser".

"Today I was thinking about this", she said when reflecting on marriage.

"[I'm not sad] because I think that I needed more of a maternal aspect", she said.

Diane Keaton revealed in a recent interview that she hasn't dated in more than three decades.

"When I was young, I was looking to be loved by these extraordinary people", Keaton said. "I think I should not have been so seduced by talent", she told People in an interview past year. When you're both doing the same job, it's not so great.
