‘Hustlers’ trailer: Jennifer Lopez leads stripper heist movie

Hustlers

Hustlers

The trailer for Hustlers begins with Jennifer Lopez at a pole in a pair of plexiglass, ultrathick platform heels. The internet has been freaking out over the fact that this film, starring Jennifer Lopez, Constance Wu and Lili Reinhart, will be Cardi's film debut.

Jennifer Lopez is making some serious money moves in her new film - and she went through great lengths to pull them off convincingly!

Lorene Scafaria first made a big impression as a filmmaker with the 2012 sleeper hit Seeking a Friend for the End of the World, which teamed Steve Carell and Keira Knightley as a pair of mismatched individuals trying to make it through the apocalypse. I remember casting the Mercedes character and saying, 'It has to be Keke Palmer.' Jacqueline Francis, who goes by Jacq the Stripper on Instagram, was somebody I knew I wanted to write a part for as well.

Trump Calls House Resolution Condemning His So-Called 'Racist' Tweets a 'Con Game'
Later Tuesday, Ocasio-Cortez also responded to another tweet from Trump in which he said his Sunday tweets "were NOT Racist". All were born in the USA except for Omar , who came to the U.S.as a child after fleeing Somalia with her family.

Cardi B, a former stripper herself, makes a quick cameo. "This was my life". Scafaria told IndieWire that her cast has so many singers (and in the case of Julia Stiles, last dancers) because they're naturals "at timing and rhythm and they just kind of are natural-born actors".

That bond is something Lopez also felt on the set of the film. We needed that kind of personality from the girls, because the story really called for it.

And while there's still over a months before Hustlers hits theaters, the release of the full length trailer today puts us all one step closer.
