"If Ms. Conway were any other federal employee, her multiple violations of the law would nearly certainly result in removal from her federal position", the office said in a June 13 letter to Trump. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez of New York, Ilhan Omar of Minnesota, Rashida Tlaib of MI and Ayanna Pressley of MA should "go back" to their "broken and crime infested" countries. Each of the congresswoman are American citizens; three of whom were born in the United States.

In a statement to Newsweek, Feinberg said that he found Conway's approach "bizarre", especially because she had just finished "denying that the president's "go back" tweet had anything to do with race or ethnicity". Earlier this afternoon Speaker Nancy Pelosi called Trump's tweets racist, and Republican Rep. Doug Collins objected and said her remarks should be stricken from the record.

MSNBC posted video of the exchange between Conway and Andrew Feinberg, a reporter for Breakfast Media.

A letter sent to Cummings from White House counsel Pat Cipollone ahead of the hearing Monday said Conway would not appear at the direction of President Donald Trump.

From there, the exchange devolved into a back-and-forth that included Conway saying "a lot of us are sick and exhausted of this country, of America coming last to people who swore an oath of office".

The OSC has said she broke the law by "engaging in both official and political activity on her Twitter account, @kellyannePolls" and by attacking Democratic presidential candidates in media interviews.

Joe Biden rolls out expanded Affordable Care Act health plan
By definition, Biden's plan looks a lot like what many proponents of ObamaCare wanted it to be from the onset. As Joe Biden continued his misleading attacks on single-payer during an AARP forum in Iowa on Monday, Sen.

"Naivete, resentment and outright racism, roiled in a toxic mix, have given us a racist president", George Conway wrote.

"I don't think anyone's surprised that Kellyanne chose to skip today's hearing and do her job", he said in closing. The Committee clearly knows that under long-standing, bipartisan precedent founded in the Constitution, a President's senior advisers can not be compelled to appear before Congress.

Conway did not appear at a Monday hearing at which Democrats on the House Oversight Committee demanded her testimony.

"Let me know when the jail sentence starts", she glibly told the OSC in May. 'I would love to go testify, but I'm taking one for the team here, because as a long standing tradition, to claim immunity and not have people like me testify'. "All I'm saying is if they want to leave, they can leave now".

Conway added that she objected to being asked to comment on her husband's opinions, saying she's "not going to run around pointing out everybody's disagreements with the people in their lives".

"With the sort of rhetoric you've been using about the administration, do you really think Ms. Conway thought she would get a fair hearing today?"
