The Bucks upgraded their perimeter game Saturday, signing free agent sharpshooter Kyle Korver to a one-year deal worth $2.6 million, according to ESPN.

Korver labored over a decision between the Bucks and Philadelphia 76ers, but his history and relationship with coach Mike Budenholzer played a significant role in his ultimate choice, league sources said.

Over his 16-year National Basketball Association career, Korver has been regarded as one of the most accurate 3-point shooters of his generation, shooting 43 percent and leading the league in 3-point accuracy four times.

The 38-year-old is a 16-year National Basketball Association veteran, he has also appeared with the Philadelphia 76ers, Chicago Bulls, Atlanta Hawks and had a previous stint with the Jazz.
