The Bachelor creator Mike Fleiss accused of attacking wife

Laura Fleiss received a temporary restraining order against Mike Fleiss; he says that he has no idea where his wife and son are and hasn't heard from them since July 9, when he headed to Los Angeles for work.

"[He] repeatedly told me throughout our marriage, and prior to our marriage, that he knew he would have to have one child with me because I was 26 years old when we got married, did not yet have any children, and he knew I wanted to have a family", Laura claims.

Mike - who recently filed for divorce - responded with his own declaration, in which he denied Laura's claims and requested primary custody of their 4-year-old son, Ben.

Fleiss allegedly told his wife, "If you have an abortion, then we can just go back to the way we were". Until then, he is to have no direct or indirect contact with her. Mike told me many times that he did not want us to have a second child. On July 5, Mike Fleiss was "even more angry" than the day before, Laura Fleiss claimed, and on July 6, he took her phone from her and threatened to push her down the stairs. She furthermore states that he "forcibly grabbed" her phone from her; was "grabbed", "pinned", and "held" up against a wall; "aggressively" pushed away; and nearly knocked off the running board of his truck with "the swinging door to almost close" on her, after which she was "forcefully shoved". The incident left her with bruises and scratches as well as a torn dress, she said. "I have been hiding in a hotel for the past several days with Ben, and want to be able to return home without fear for myself, my son and my unborn child".

The restraining order Laura was granted - which will remain in effect until a hearing date set for August 6 - includes the couple's son under the auspices of its protections. She alleges that Fleiss became enraged after learning about her second pregnancy. It further prevents him from contacting Laura and orders him to stay at least 100 yards away from her, their son, his school or child care and their home. "I have not hurt, attacked, or attempted to physically harm Laura or our child...in any way", he said in court documents obtained by The Blast.

Ezekiel Elliott Considering Holding Out
It remains to be seen what Dallas will do in the event Zeke does hold out, but we don't expect them to actually move him. And while a holdout certainly would put the Cowboys in a tough position, it's not hard to see Elliott's perspective.

For his part, Mike Fleiss tells the story differently.

Citing court documents, the publication revealed Laura Fleiss filed for an emergency domestic violence restraining order against Mr Fleiss.

Shortly after news of the restraining order and Laura's allegations broke, Warner Bros., who produces The Bachelor franchise, announced that in a statement that they are "looking into" the "serious" claims.

The former beauty pageant star married Michael, 55, in 2014.
