Woman receives 'marijuana' birthday cake after request for 'Moana' theme is misunderstood

Instead of receiving a"Moana birthday cake like she requested one Georgia woman was surprised to get a marijuana-themed cake

CNN reports the cake was created for Kensli Davis, who was celebrating her 25th birthday and whose favorite movie is "Moana", a Disney animated film.

Although the viral error garnered a lot of jokes online, Walker isn't laughing.

"This is back-to-school time", Walker tells USA Today.

"They requested a cake decorated with the Disney Hawaiian princess, but got one with a marijuana leaf, green icing and a stoned 'My Little Pony" character! Walker was sacked because of the error on Monday, which also is her birthday. I have a auto that needs fixing. But to be at this job for nearly a year and not have a write-up, not be in trouble, and to just be let go because of mistake, it's not amusing to me'.

- The amusing "Moana" marijuana cake mix-up that went viral earlier this week didn't leave everyone laughing.

Davis posted on social media about the birthday surprise.

Atletico challenge Griezmann’s Barcelona transfer
The club posted Griezmann's photo wearing Barcelona's traditional home jersey as well. In saying that, Griezmann talked about how excited he was to start a new adventure.

Walker, a mother-of-two, told USA TODAY that she questioned the order, which her manager took down from the customer, but was told to make the cake.

Cassandra Walker (left and right) claims it was a manager at the Dairy Queen in Milledgeville, Georgia, that misheard the order. "(Because really I do) Well needless to say these people thought she said marijuana. "But the first one was so good we weren't anxious about it", Davis said.

Davis believes the employee made an honest mistake and didn't let the design keep her from enjoying the cake.

The move to fire Walker seems heavy-handed, especially considering the Davis family's apparent delight over the cannabis confection.

The person who made this cake must have been high.

Davis' sister picked up the cake and called their mom the minute she opened the box to let her know what had happened. "The whole family thought it was the funniest thing ever and said it would definitely [be] a birthday to remember".
