The aforementioned pre-order programme was supposed to last until Aug 18, but demand was so good that Samsung Malaysia says that the pre-order allocations on its official website are all sold out before the date. Those who pre-book the phones will get their device on August 23. You can also get the same cashback on payments through ICICI Bank credit and debit cards on Flipkart, Amazon, Paytm and Tata CLiQ.

Samsung is giving Rs 6,000 cashback with HDFC credit or debit cards. The pre-booking consumers will get Galaxy Watch Active worth Rs 19,990 for Rs 9,999 or the Galaxy Buds worth Rs 9,990 for Rs 4,999. So we can't yet comment on how much this update improves things with the Galaxy Note 10 or Note 10 Plus just yet. S Pen Motion controls also comes with SDK features.

The S Pen itself now offers added features. S Pen can understand Indian languages - Hinglish, Hindi, Marathi and Urdu. The "beautiful and powerful" device comes without bezels, and has the highest screen to body ratio for a Note.

After the S-Pen, the next big change that Samsung had introduced is with Samsung Dex. The Note 10 devices also come with reverse wireless charging. Interestingly, Samsung has also partnered with Microsoft to enable Windows Live.

In Galaxy Note 10 Plus, the real quad camera set-up houses a 16MP ultra-wide sensor, a 12MP wide-angle lens, a 12MP telephoto lens and a VGA DepthVision camera. While the LTE-only versions offer a maximum of 8GB/12GB RAM and 256 GB of internal storage space on the standard and Plus models, the 5G models offer up to 12GB RAM and 512 GB of internal storage.

The Galaxy Note 10 has a vertically aligned triple camera setup at the back. Upfront, both phones come with a 10-megapixel selfie snapper. Samsung has equipped both with 256GB of storage, as a base model. "The new devices will appeal to millennials with their sleek design, stunning colours and power-packed features that will keep them going all day". Samsung will provide 25W charger in the box while the 45W adapter needs to be purchased separately. It supports face unlock and IRIS scanning.

Display: Note10 is a 6.3-inch FHD+ while the Note10+ is 6.8-inch Quad HD+.

Connectivity options include dual SIM card slots, 4G LTE, USB Type-C, Bluetooth 5.0, Global Positioning System and Wi-Fi 802.11ac. The phone will be available in three colours in India initially- Aura Glow, Black and White. Galaxy Note10 users will also get YouTube Premium streaming free for 6 months. The primary shooter includes a 12MP sensor with a variable aperture (f/1.5-f/2.4) and a 77-degree field of view that supports OIS.
