Nicki Minaj, 36, may not be married to Kenneth Petty just yet, but the pair will be tying the knot ASAP, the rapper revealed in the August 12 episode of Queen Radio. She went on to explain that they had both initially filed for a marriage license that expired while she was on the move. The Chun Li hitmaker told fans that she will be married to petty in "about 80 days". In the meantime, I have 80 days to marry.

Since the rapper is busy with her album, she's pushing "the big wedding" until "later" in favor of a smaller ceremony. They still have to schedule their big wedding according to the right time for everyone. She also assured that she'll be married before releasing her album and will have her actual wedding following her upcoming album's debut.

"Before the 90 days is over, yes, I will be married", she continued. "I'm very happy about that because my baby makes me so happy", the rapper said. The pop-rapper first revealed on securing the marriage license in June, this year.

"I think that the music industry is calculated", he added.

She said: "We did get our marriage license".

Nicki received criticism for dating a sex offender, with court records, obtained by TMZ, showing Petty was convicted of first-degree attempted rape in April 1995. She has been seeing her "happy place" since last December.

Some fans have criticized Petty's criminal past, however Minaj doesn't seem to mind.

He went to prison for nearly four years for the crime and was registered as a level two sex offender in NY.

Replying to an Instagram comment and slamming the allegations, Nicki wrote: "He was 15, she was 16... in a relationship". But go awf Internet. Y'all can't even run y'all own life.
