It's often a topic of debate as to which artificial assistant is the best in terms of giving information and getting the job done.

San Francisco: Contrary to popular perception, talking to digital assistants like Siri, Alexa and Google Assistant have not yet not made users ruder to other people, says a study. The results were determined on how correctly they answered and the rate at which they understood the query.

Siri was the next, which understood 99.8% of questions and answered 83.1% correctly (78.5% correct answer level in 2018), while Alexa understood 99.9% and correctly answered 80%, which jumped from a surprising low of 61.4% a year ago.

Like the Echo Dot, the Amazon Echo lets you instruct Alexa to read you the news or weather reports, make calls, set alarms and timers, and stream music from Amazon Music, Apple Music, Spotify, TuneIn and more. However, in understanding the query it scored higher than Siri at 99.9%.

Though the figures are somewhat low, all three assistants have seen impressive improvements compared to their results from a year ago.

Chevrolet Corvette C8 United States pricing announced, turns out quite the bargain
Another important contributor to the Corvette's pricing structure is Chevy's road map for future variants. The Z51 pack adds $5,000 (£4,100) to the C8 Corvette's price and adds quite a bit of equipment.

Loup Ventures, a research-focused tech firm, tested three virtual assistants - Google Assistant, Amazon's Alexa and Apple's Siri - to determine the best of the bunch.

Each platform has seen dramatic improvements since the company started tracking them, which suggests that we'll also see some significant improvements across the board over the next six months before the company tests them again.

Loup Ventures explained that it didn't include Microsoft's Cortana assistant in this year's study due to a change in approach to the product that Microsoft announced earlier this year. "Cortana needs to be that skill for anybody who's a Microsoft 365 subscriber", said Nadella to The Verge.

When it came to answering the questions, however, Google Assistant was able to answer the majority of questions correctly at 92.9-percent.
