Hyundai 45 concept paves the way for bold electric cars

The name 45 refers to the fact that it takes inspiration from the Hyundai Pony Coupe Concept that was first unveiled 45 years ago, while also referring to the 45-degree angles at the front and rear of the vehicle, which together form a diamond-shaped silhouette.

This spunky four-door hatchback notches the performance up from the rather drab i10 powertrain options. This is called the Hyundai i10 N-Line and gets more aggressive styling bits both inside and out, aside from a more powerful engine. Furthermore, the name owes itself in part to the 45-degree angles at the front and rear that form a diamond-shaped silhouette which Hyundai says it anticipates the design direction of future EV models.

SEAT's performance brand Cupra was the first manufacturer to develop a vehicle to E TCR regulations, and revealed its e-Racer last October (pictured below). We'll expect it to be in the same ballpark. The turbocharged three-cylinder mill is mated to the front axle via a five-gear manual gearbox. There's also an "N Line" emblem, the i10 logo in red, a skid plate and a faux-diffuser. This includes an N-branded steering wheel and gearstick, while the dashboard gets red air vents and ventilation controls. It's lower, wider and better-looking than its predecessor.

This Version of Monopoly Gives Women an Edge
Instead, they put their money into inventions by women, from bulletproof vests to solar heating to chocolate chip cookies . Monopoly was created to inspire everyone, young and old as it spotlights women who have challenged the status quo".

The i10 will be offered with an eight-inch touchscreen infotainment system, with Apple CarPlay, Android Auto compatibility.

At the press day preceding the official opening of the Frankfurt Motor Show, automobile manufacturers finally put all mysteries to rest by officially unveiling their latest concept models. Wireless charging is optional, and then there are all the driver assistance features. In all, it's a pretty slick and well equipped subcompact that gives you the opportunity to have some fun in the N Line version.
