Lucy Bronze has been nominated for The Best Women's Player Award, alongside USA's World Cup-winning duo, Alex Morgan and Megan Rapinoe.

The finalists for the Coach of the Year award are Jurgen Klopp (Liverpool), Pep Guardiola (Manchester City) and Mauricio Pochettino (Tottenham Hotspur).

Bakayoko completes move back to Monaco
The Paris-born worldwide - he has one cap for France - was part of the Monaco squad which won the French title in 2016-17. Vice president Oleg Petrov said: "We are delighted to welcome Tiemoue Bakayoko to AS Monaco".

The finalists for Best FIFA Women's Coach were World Cup-winning US coach Jill Ellis, England's Phil Neville and Dutch head coach Sarina Wiegman.

Federation Internationale de Football Association has announced the official three-man shortlist for The Best Men's Player 2019, and snubbed African superstar Mohamed Salah, while the finalists for the Puskas Award, the Goalkeeper of the Year and Coach of the Year accolades were also revealed.

The winners of the Best Men's and Women's Player and Best Men's and Women's Coach will now be determined by voting among national team captains, coaches, fans and the media.

A public vote was then held, with goals from Lionel Messi, Juan Fernando Quintero and Daniel Zsori making the final shortlist.

Brazil worldwide goalkeepers Alisson Becker and Ederson Moraes who represent Liverpool and City respectively are up for the goalkeeping honour - along with FC Barcelona and Germany stopper Marc Andre ter Stegen.

The award is based on achievements during the period from 16 July 2018 to 19 July 2019, with the initial 10-man shortlist being compiled by a panel of experts.
