HBO’s mental health warnings are what TV streaming services need
The network is also introducing a shortform series called "Doctor Commentaries", in which cognitive behavioral therapist Dr. Ali Mattu breaks down relevant scenes from HBO shows and explain them from a mental health perspective.

'I would like Extinction Rebellion to protest lawfully or go home and that would make it easier for everybody in the Met to provide the service we want to provide to Londoners'.

"This peaceful non-violent disruption to your lives is nothing compare to the disruption that the inaction of our governments on the climate and ecological emergency will bring", read a tweet from the movement's official account.

On Friday, demonstrators targeted the BBC offices in central London and other prominent areas, including Trafalgar Square and Bishopsgate.

One demonstrator, Paralympic cyclist James Brown, climbed on top of a British Airways jet, prompting criticism from Dame Cressida, who described the act as "reckless, stupid and dangerous".

Extinction Rebellion activists are protesting in cities around the world, including Berlin, Paris, Amsterdam and Sydney, and are calling for urgent action on global climate and wildlife emergencies. 'It takes its toll on my officers too, ' Dame Cressida said of the mass demonstrations.
