He'll Get Back To His Best - Mauricio Pochettino Backs Spurs Star

Tottenham Hotspur's 7-2 Champions League thrashing at home by Bayern Munich left the football world stunned, and rivals wasted no time in trolling Spurs' supporters following the game.

The former MK Dons man's only Premier League appearance this season came against Arsenal when he replaced Erik Lamela in the 60th minute of a game that ended in a 2-2 draw.

Reports have since emerged of a rift within the squad which Eric Dier has gone on to rubbish.

"The stuff about the squad, I know that's not the case, but it's natural these things will come up now because of the situation we find ourselves in", Dier added.

Mauricio Pochettino has no doubt that his Tottenham players remain fully committed to the club despite their troubled start to the campaign.

Habazin called off after trainer punched
She says right now, it's not on her mind because her top priority is making sure Ali and Habazin are in good health. Claressa Shields denied those claims, saying it was not her brother who attacked the trainer from behind.

A club insider told Athletic that although Pochettino has not lost the dressing room as yet, the players feel they are physically and mentally drained out under him.

It has been reported that both Spurs and United are looking at landing the 22-year-old attacking midfielder.

'I hope because we are still talking, it means that I am going to spend five years more here, at least'. Sometimes this happens in football and you just need to accept every single shot from Bayern Munich goes in the goal. "For us, this is the worst period we've been in, but we have to be all together and push through it". We are going to find a way to be successful again, no doubt.

"What can you do?" The result is tough but the most important thing is to stay calm and believe in our potential. "The only way we can put it right is back in training and the next match".

"It's the first time that we've found ourselves in this position, we can't back down from it".
