Disney is obviously hoping to kick off another ride-based franchise here as Pirates of the Caribbean has seemingly finally sunk down to Davy Jones' Locker (maybe). We're here for Blunt, who starts the trailer by making a grand escape out of a window with the help of a ladder, and ends it coming to blows with a man who appears to be made entirely out of jungle vines and snakes.

Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt are showing off their sparkling chemistry in Jungle Cruise, which follows a boat captain (Johnson) tasked with taking a woman (Blunt) and her brother (Jack Whitehall) to a mythical tree with magical healing powers.

The film is loosely based on the Disneyland ride of the same name, which is pretty obvious from the nods to the ride in the trailer as Dwayne Johnson's Frank escorts a bunch of tourists he's conned down a fake Amazon river. The film was originally written by Star Trek 4 scribes J.D. Payne and Patrick McKay, with the latest draft from Oscar-nominated Michael Green (Logan). It'll, um, cruise into theaters July 24, 2020.
