Before the Michigan game, Michigan State vs. Penn State will air on Channel 7 at 3:30 p.m. on October 26.

It also marks the second night game at Michigan Stadium this season, after Michigan opened the regular season in primetime against Middle Tennessee State, a game televised on Big Ten Network.

Notre Dame is now ranked No. 8, and MI is No. 16.

Michigan's most recent trip to Penn State in 2017 resulted in a 42-13 defeat, but the Wolverines then administered their own 42-7 blowout on the Nittany Lions past year in Ann Arbor.

Former soccer goalie Petr Cech succeeds in hockey debut
In a lovely nod to his footballing career, Cech had the crests of both Arsenal and Chelsea on his helmet. The former Chelsea and Arsenal goalkeeper is also the technical advisor for Chelsea right now.

The Oct. 26 game will be on ABC.

The much-anticipated kickoff time for the showdown between Notre Dame and MI was just released. There could be another night game.

The two teams stopped playing after 2014, but played each other again in 2018 which saw Notre Dame beat MI 24-17.

MI has a four-game winning streak at home against Notre Dame and is 7-1 against it in The Big House since 1997.
