He won't be among the initial wave of players available to be drafted by XFL teams.

Players in the revamped XFL will make an average salary of $55,000 a season including bonuses, according to a memo distributed to player agents. The average salary of $55,000 would include "the base salary, a bonus for being active on game days and a bonus for being on the winning team".
