"I wasn't planning on making a movie. I said, 'Listen man, it's not like that'".

He explained during an appearance on 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' on Wednesday (06.11.19): "I thought the acting thing was over and then I signed up to go to the Peace Corps and then went into this rehab facility, was there for two months, had written this thing, plans changed".

While in rehab, he attended therapy sessions and was told that writing was a great way to get through his childhood trauma.

"I knew it was an issue but didn't know there was this extra whole other thing that was hindering my ability to have any peace in my life and my ability to deal with people".

"It was really emotional", LaBeouf said.

Macron argued that Europe could do this if "it accelerates the development of European defence". He demanded they double NATO's defence spending goal of 2% of economic output, set in 2014.

Luckily, the volunteer organization was understanding of his decision. Following a 2017 arrest in Savannah, Georgia, for disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and obstruction, LaBeouf was forced to go to a court-mandated rehab facility. On Sunday, he accepted an award for Honey Boy's script at the Hollywood Film Awards and expressed his gratitude for the arrest. "He invited me to go fishing yesterday".

He added that he "f**king hated" the officer when he was arrested, but noted that things change.

The writer of the show is also its star, Shia LaBeouf (Dr. Quinn: Medicine Woman, Transformers, Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, Transformers: Dark of the moon) plays James Lort, Lucas Hedges (Manchester by the Sea, Moonrise Kingdom, Kill the Messenger, Lady Bird) as Otis at age 22, Noah Jupe (A Quiet Place, Wonder, The Titan) as Otis at age 12, Laura San Giacomo (Pretty Woman, The Equalizer, All My Children, Crime Story, Miami Vice) as Dr. Moreno, Byron Bowers (Sundance, Oddball Comedy Fest, Crossroads of History) as Percy.
