The attack come days after Variety ran an exclusive report highlighting Union's allegations of racial slurs and discriminatory practices experienced during her time spent as a judge on the 14th season of "America's Got Talent".

Sharon Osbourne has claimed America's Got Talent was always a "boys' club" during her time on the show.

"I just can't be fake", Osbourne said at the time."It's discrimination, and it was badly handled". The show's failure to renew her contract is, therefore, looked upon by Sag-Afrta, which represents actors and performers. I don't know anything about her concerns about the show. But, when she was there, the crew and everyone were awesome.

'The judging and host line-up has been ceaselessly refreshed over the years and that's one in every of the causes for AGT's enduring reputation. "THANK YOU! Just when you feel lost, adrift, alone. you got me up off the ground".

Osbourne has had her own issues working with Simon Cowell but said in October their feud was over.

Her reported firing became a cause for celebrities on Twitter, including Union's husband, former National Basketball Association player Dwyane Wade.

On Tuesday's episode of The conversation, Osbourne had more things to say about NBC, and agreed with Howard Stern's comment that Simon Cowell constantly replaces hot girls with hotter girls and younger girls, and is the "definitive boy club".

It was last week that Wade took to Twitter to accuse the show of firing Union because she reportedly spoke out about the alleged racism that went on behind the scenes.

News broke on November 22 that Hough and Union - who joined the season 14 AGT judging panel in February, replacing spots vacated by Mel B and Heidi Klum - would not be returning for the show's 15th season.

Reports told of racist and offensive jokes being the norm on set.

Sharon Osbourne, who appeared on the reality competition from season 2 through season 7, talked about it Monday on the CBS talk show "The Talk," which she co-hosts.

Cowell's company Syco Entertainment, which produces AGT, released a joint statement with NBC and production company Fremantle over the weekend. She was let go from the NBC show shortly after bringing the issue to the attention of producers.

"The companies are retaining outside counsel to assist us in learning more about the facts in this matter, starting with hearing from Gabrielle, which we expect to happen this week", a source told the outlet. The objective of the meeting was to improve the culture and atmosphere on the competition series.
