Alleged official HUAWEI P40 render leaks, five cameras in total

Huawei P40

Today, we get a better look at the Huawei flagship which is set to launch in March this year.

This render comes from "industry sources", close to 91mobiles, who shared the image. This time around, the renders of the device also featured alongside the casing giving us a view of what the P40 might look like. Early renders of both the devices had already surfaced last month, but they are unclear on several key areas. One leaked render showed off the P40 Pro with a quad-rear camera, but if that's a bit too serious for you, then you might find the sight of the standard P40 refreshing.

There's something important on the front though, as we can see two cameras in a punch-hole cut-out segment at the top, much like the Samsung Galaxy S10 Plus but on the other side of the screen. Just like the Huawei P30, the P40's primary cameras seem to feature Leica optics.

Jennifer Lopez regrets the rejection of this Oscar-nominated role
Most fans are angry about Lopez being snubbed saying it is not the first time she has been left out of the awards. Diversity in awards season was a hot topic again after the Baftas failed to nomination a single actor of colour.

We wonder if these rectangular camera housings are going to be everywhere in 2020.

We can also spot the speaker holes on the bottom, the USB Type-C port, the microphone hole, and the SIM card slot. The panel will have a flat rather curved finish to it, although the opposite will likely be true of the P40 Pro if the P30 series is anything to go by. We can see the front, back, bottom and one side of the device in great detail, and while some of this lines up with previous rumors we'd heard, some of it is totally new. Maybe the company is finally getting rid of good ol' jack on the P40 series. There's no word on the configuration of the three lenses.
