Shurmur though, didn't have much trouble finding his next gig in the league, as he's expected to become the next offensive coordinator for the Denver Broncos.

"After a lot of reflection and discussion after the season, I realized that a move to the offensive coordinator is ultimately the best thing for our team", said Vic Fangio, Broncos head coach, in a statement on Sunday.

"We need to do everything possible to improve, in all areas, as we begin working towards next year".
