Spectrum Offers Credit for Saturday's TV & Internet Outage

Two million Spectrum customers across the Northeast, including in the Finger Lakes Region, found themselves without cable television and internet services.

This subsidy amount depends on changes in the average global benchmark LPG rate and foreign exchange rate. For the current year, ₹38,568.86 crore fund has been allocated in the revised estimate as fuel subsidy.

Brinidisi's open letter asks for Spectrum to explain not only the cause of last weekend's outage but also what measures are in place in ensure redundancies.

According to sources, credits have already been issued and a central NY man claims that he received a $9 credit to his service bill. The Department will assess the Company's response and report to the Public Service Commission as necessary.
