Trump, who will be on his maiden visit to India on February 24 and 25, also hinted that he remained unhappy with the current levels of import tariffs placed by India on American goods. "Some of the progress on security cooperation and economic cooperation is certainly made with China in mind", said Richard Rossow, who holds the Wadhwani Chair in U.S. -India Policy Studies at the Center for Strategic and International Studies. "So, we'll see what happens", he said. "I don't know if it'll be done before the election", Trump said in Washington DC.
