The Argentinians suffered a shock 3-0 defeat against Croatia in their second group match of the on-going FIFA World Cup in Russia

Argentina suffered a 3-0 loss at the hands of Croatia and is on the verge of facing a humiliation of a group-stage exit at the World Cup in Russian Federation. Argentina has just one point from two games so far in the World Cup in Russian Federation.

Dinu Alex, 30, was last seen glued to the television set, watching the game that ended around 1.30am on Friday, a complaint lodged by his family says. "I'm diving into the depths". However, it seems that no one is as disappointed by Argentina's performance as Dinu Alex from Kerala.

The suicide note in Malayalam reads, "I have nothing more left to be seen in this world".

According to the police, Dinu watched the football match late into the night.

Crude Oil Leaking Into Iowa River After Alberta Train Derails
The spill threatened to contaminate drinking water for residents about 150 miles (240 km) downstream in Omaha, Nebraska. Metropolitan Utilities District said it was monitoring pumps it uses to pull drinking water from the Missouri.

As reported on Goal.com, the dead body of Dinu, a Kerala youth, was found on Sunday morning. "We learnt that he used to tell his friends that he would be ashamed to go out and face others if Argentina loses", PV Alexander, the deceased's father, told the media. A jersey of Argentina and a mobile phone cover with Messi's picture was also found from his room.

Police believe that Dinu Alex jumped into a nearby river named Meenachil and a search for him by the state Fire Force unit is on. Some divers searched in the water but failed to find the body.

"We had to stop the search because of heavy rain and a strong undercurrent that posed a risk to the lives of the rescue team members".

Dinu, who worked with a private firm, had been known to be a die-hard fan of Messi.
