Apple Upgrades MacBook Pro With Improved Keyboard, True Tone Display, More

Apple just announced a major upgrade to the MacBook Pro lineup. A max spec version for each would bring a Core i7 processor, 16GB of RAM and 2TB of storage for $3,699. Apple does admit to adjusting its keyboard for quieter typing. This raises question marks as to its utility for the latest 15-inch MacBook Pros with updated AMD Radeon Pro 555X GPU or Radeon Pro 560X Polaris-based architecture.

The screens and Touch Bars on these notebooks now incorporate Apple's True Tone display technology to shift white points in response to ambient lighting. The new MacBook Pro is available for ordering now on, and will be available from Apple Authorized Resellers and Apple retail stores later this week. These issues have kept many would-be Apple customers from purchasing new MacBook Pros. Apple's Macbook Pro keyboard design has been under fire recently for its rate of failure and high cost to replace. Apple's more than 100,000 employees are dedicated to making the best products on earth, and to leaving the world better than we found it. At the moment, the MacBook Pro 13 only comes with Core i5 while the MacBook Pro 15 is listed with the Core i7 option.

The Apple Watch could soon receive on of its biggest design changes since launch, with a report indicating both models of the Series 4 smartwatch will come with larger displays.

Anyone hoping for an update to the cheaper Macbook Pro models which don't have this divisive feature have not been updated.

Hamas Says Truce Reached After Israel's Biggest Strikes Since 2014 War
Israeli troops shot dead a 15-year-old Palestinian who, the military claimed, had tried to climb over the fence into Israel. At least 141, mostly unarmed, Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire since protests began on March 30.

The new computers also feature the new Apple T2 chip, which was first used in last year's high-end iMac Pro. It also includes four Thunderbolt 3 ports, 802.11ac Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 720p FaceTime camera, stereo speakers, three microphones, and a 3.5 mm headphone jack.

Along with the new MacBook Pros, Cupertino is launching new, official leather sleeves for the devices.

First introduced with MacBook, Apple leather sleeves are now available for the 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Pro in Saddle Brown, Midnight Blue and, for the first time, Black.
