When asked about his family he said, "Everything's good, and I've got my first little girl coming in about three weeks. I've got a daughter coming", he announced on Ireland's Today FM radio's The Ian Dempsey Breakfast Show.

PEOPLE magazine confirmed that Michael and model Luisana, 31, were expecting their third child together in February.

The 42-year-old singer has confirmed that him and his spouse Luisana Lopilato - who are already parents to sons Noah, four, and Elias, two - are set to welcome a baby girl into their fold.

Their parenthood journey hasn't been easy, with the couple devastated when Noah was diagnosed with liver cancer back in 2016.

Our Model 3 weekly production rate also more than doubled during the quarter, and we did so without compromising quality. Some employees are anxious the frenetic pace plus long hours could burn out workers.

Michael cancelled all work commitments to focus on his family and, the following year, the family released a statement saying Noah was "progressing well" after treatment.

"Luisana and I have put our careers on hold in order to devote all our time and attention to helping Noah get well". At this hard time, we ask only for your prayers and respect for our privacy. We thank God for the strength he has given all of us'.

Last year, Lopilato announced that Noah was recovering from his battle with cancer. When things like those that happened to us occur, your take on life changes. I love you so much, mi amor'. I swear the truth is I couldn't tell because I don't, I don't, I don't know.

Michael will play Croke Park, Dublin on Saturday, followed by a headlining set at Barclaycard British Summertime in Hyde Park next week.
